…an Accredited Practising Dietitian and Credentialed Eating Disorder Clinician (ANZAED), with over 25 years’ experience supporting people with food and eating concerns.Â
I work with adults whose eating is shaped by many factors at once, including chronic illness, life after baraitric surgery, GLP-1 therapies, perimenopause and PMOS and long-standing patterns with food.
I’m here to help you make sense of what’s happening with food and eating, and to explore more workable options together, at a pace that feels manageable for you.
